7-day easy returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals intact
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns are requested through the website with a reason for the return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for the same item, or another product of equal value. If the replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or used earphones, headphones and keyboards
- Used products
- Items damaged by misuse, negligence, accidents or unauthorised repairs
- Items with broken security seals or missing serial numbers
- Software, digital products and consumables such as batteries or cartridges, once opened
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after the returned goods are received and inspected at our warehouse, subject to your bank’s own processing times.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
