1. Introduction

Welcome to Nexelyx LLC, an online electronics store based in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or purchasing products through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with UAE laws including the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), the E-Commerce Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021), and the UAE Data Protection Law (Law No. 45 of 2021).

2. Products & availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. While we strive for accuracy, errors in descriptions, pricing, or stock may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel any order placed with incorrect information.

3. Orders & payments

Orders must be placed with accurate billing and shipping details. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other secure online payment methods. All payments are processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Shipping & delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & refunds

In compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, customers may return defective or non-compliant products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Certain categories (e.g. opened electronics, software, or hygiene-related products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

6. Warranties & liability

Products may come with a manufacturer warranty. Nexelyx LLC provides no additional warranty unless specified. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

7. Privacy & data protection

We comply with the UAE Federal Data Protection Law. Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed securely, and only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and providing customer support. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by UAE law.

8. User responsibilities

Customers agree not to misuse our platform, engage in fraudulent transactions, or violate UAE laws when using our website. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.

9. Termination of service

Nexelyx LLC may suspend or terminate services at our discretion if a customer breaches these Terms or applicable UAE laws.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
