What is covered

All electronics are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, power fluctuations or unauthorised repairs
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic damage
• Accessories and consumables — chargers, cables, batteries — unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise

Making a claim

Provide the original invoice or receipt together with the product details. Defective products are repaired or replaced at no additional cost. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, you may request a full refund or store credit.
